From zero to branding with Luk Beer.

Luk Beer is a craft beer brand born in Extremadura, brewed by Lucia in her kitchen after a year of perfecting the recipe. With 30,000 cans going to print in 10 days, we built the full brand identity and packaging system from scratch: fast, considered, and built to grow.

Challenge

(01)

A brewmaster with 30,000 cans going to print and 10 days to build a brand.

Lucia had spent a year perfecting her recipe. What started as casual tastings with friends had grown into something real, and suddenly the timeline was real too. She needed a logo that felt quality and appealed to a young audience, a can design with a lab-inspired look that treated each beer as a unique experiment, and a system flexible enough to scale to future flavours. All of it in under two weeks.

Approach

(02)

We turned the constraint into the concept.

After an in-depth workshop with Lucia, we refined the direction around a single idea: the can label should feel like a sticker she had hand-applied herself in the lab, one by one. That detail, small, tactile, human, became the thread running through the whole identity. We defined a colour palette structured for future flavour variations, developed scalable packaging across the range, and delivered full brand guidelines so the system could live independently once handed over.

Outcome

(03)

A brand built in 10 days that's still growing three years later.

The cans went to print on time. The brand held. Luk Beer found its audience, earned its place in the market, and kept going. Two new beers are launching in 2026, and Lucia is opening Luk's first restaurant in Madrid. We were there at the very beginning, which makes watching it grow feel like something more than a project.
