Dashboard design for B2B retention & efficiency
Social Mirror's value to business clients isn't just the mirror but the data the mirror collects. User interactions, WhatsApp permissions, engagement metrics: all of it flows into a platform that brands can use to understand and reach their audience.
The dashboard is built for B2B clients who demand clarity, efficiency, and actionable insights. The final design prioritizes business-critical features and guides users to reach key decisions faster.

We designed for the non-technical client who needs real insight, fast.
We structured the dashboard around the three things a business client most needs to do: understand their data, customise their mirror, and create campaigns. Data visualisation was kept clear and scannable, surfacing the metrics that matter without burying clients in numbers. The mirror customisation tools were designed to be intuitive enough to use without support, and the campaign builder gave clients meaningful control over how their brand appeared in the product experience.
