Social Mirror's business clients needed a place to see their data, manage their mirrors, and run campaigns. We designed the full dashboard experience — giving brands a clear, powerful interface to customise their deployments, track performance, and understand their audience.

Turning raw user data into something business clients can actually act on.
Social Mirror's value to business clients isn't just the mirror — it's the data the mirror collects. User interactions, WhatsApp permissions, engagement metrics: all of it flows into a platform that brands can use to understand and reach their audience. The dashboard needed to make that data legible and actionable, while also giving clients the tools to customise their mirrors and build campaigns — without requiring technical knowledge to do any of it.

We designed for the non-technical client who needs real insight, fast.
We structured the dashboard around the three things a business client most needs to do: understand their data, customise their mirror, and create campaigns. Data visualisation was kept clear and scannable, surfacing the metrics that matter without burying clients in numbers. The mirror customisation tools were designed to be intuitive enough to use without support, and the campaign builder gave clients meaningful control over how their brand appeared in the product experience.

Business clients now have a self-serve platform that gives them genuine visibility into their audience and real control over their deployment.
