Challenge
(01)
A strong brand personality means nothing if the product does not deliver it.
We began by defining the core constraints that would govern the product. These early decisions clarified our scope, highlighted critical risks, and created a stable design foundation.

Approach
(02)
Core constraints
Convey trust, emotional safety, and scientific credibility
Design a strong brand personality to support user adoption and strengthen investor confidence.
Reduce risk perception around privacy & AI
Reduce fear barriers by communicating transparency, data protection and clear boundaries on what the AI can and cannot do.Keep users engaged across all emotional states
Maintain engagement beyond moments of distress, not only during low points, fostering long term habits and continued value.Defined boundaries for responsible AI usage
Set explicit limitations, avoid clinical language, and build safe redirection paths without overstepping scope.Capture attention in a saturated market
Avoid “wellness fatigue” by creating distinctive value and unique interaction models that truly differentiate the product.

Outcome
(03)
And the crazy part? it worked!
Imagine our faces when we saw this post on Instagram…
