New site for Sangha Capital.

Sangha Capital's existing website wasn't keeping up with the firm. We rebuilt it from the ground up: restructuring the information architecture, designing for accessibility, and creating a platform that reflects both the quality of their portfolio and the depth of their thinking.

Challenge

(01)

A website that couldn't carry the weight of what the firm had become.

Sangha Capital had grown significantly, in portfolio, in profile, and in ambition, but their website hadn't kept pace. Poor information architecture created barriers for startups seeking investment. The portfolio and team weren't surfaced effectively. And the platform didn't meet the accessibility standards increasingly required by European regulation. The site needed to be rebuilt around the people using it.

Approach

(02)

We started with research and rebuilt everything from the structure up.

We ran a thorough heuristic analysis of the existing site before touching any design, then rebuilt the information architecture from scratch. New wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces introduced a streamlined application flow for startups, a password-protected investor portal, and a news section with clear editorial structure. Accessibility was built in throughout, not retrofitted, meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards ahead of the 2025 European Accessibility Act.

Outcome

(03)

A platform that works as hard as the team it represents.

The redesigned site aligned the digital presence with Sangha Capital's actual values and investment criteria. Applications from mission-aligned startups increased by 67%. The platform achieved a 97% WCAG compliance score, and the investor portal gave the team a secure, professional space to communicate with LPs. The site became something the founders were genuinely proud to share.
